Being located a stone's throw away from York dale shoppingcenter makes for a great position.
-
The room were clean and the service was excellent.
The breakfast was poor and not much varities.
-
beds were comfortable.. nice pillows
hotel getting run down need a fix up... and one of the guests were taken away by ambulance....wild crowd...
-
I was well received this time.Room was exactly what I wanted!
-
Location was good just off hwy 400. Sunshine breakfast was convenient with a good selection.
Front Desk staff only had 1 employee working at all times. Long waits to check in & out with people waiting in line, telephone ringing at all times. Also not the most welcoming staff, just plain no expression. Considering that there was a resservation mix up between the hotel & booking company they could have been more welcoming and given a discount for the extra night stayed or at least the same rate as I had reserved the first night.
-
Very noisy and a party place. Staff need to stop noise
-
Very close to Canada"s Wonderland where we were spending the next day - good service, pleasant staff
shower curtains don't keep the water in the tub!
-
Very clean, helpful and friendly staff, good location for a trip to Tononto or to the Niagara falls. The breakfast was very good also. Overal great value for money.
Not much, everything was good!
-
I could get a decent room at a decent price when almost everyplace else was booked solid for the TIFF. The hotel was easy to find and to access from HWY 400 and Hwy 401. The bed was comfortable
There was mold on the bathtub grouting, There were no half-decent restaurants anywhere near There was no ATM at the hotel. The front desk was under-staffed.T

Convenience, location, price
Staff argued about receiving a cot in a double room yet that was what we booked on line. They eventually gave us what we requested. If this is not supposed to be available, it should not be advertised this way.
-
Perfect location for Canada's Womderland. Very clean and comfortable for the price.
-
too noise at night, called frontdesk, but no use. some of the clients keep talking and make noises all the night. My daughter said, mum too noise...i can't sleep... breakfast just some bread, no bacons, eggs serve very slow and less. i woud never stay here again.
-
location,close to wonderland and shopping
smoky smell from smokers outside the door ,outdated.
-
the location, it was near hwy 400.
staff was not that friendly and the rooms were messy and my sister was given 3 rooms beause the other rooms were a disaster.
-
Nice and neat rooms.
Very poor breakfast, unfriendly staff (had to carry 2 pieces of my baggage by my own), room cleaning was weak..
